  • The scope of work, pricing, and timelines will be agreed upon separately in a written contract, proposal, or invoice shared with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to deliver services.

  • Any delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client will not be our responsibility.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials (content, images, videos, etc.) provided to us do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All fees must be paid as per the agreed proposal or invoice.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced, except in cases where LimeClick Media is unable to deliver services as agreed.

  • Late payments may lead to suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights for materials created by LimeClick Media (such as website designs, graphics, campaigns, and reports) will remain with the company until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, ownership of custom deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

  • LimeClick Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

  • We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not share or disclose it without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • LimeClick Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • While we strive to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or revenue, as these depend on third-party platforms and external factors.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with prior written notice as per the terms of the agreement.

  • Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
